Why I write? To share my experiences during disaster and how I handle the situation

disaster is a serious disruption occurring over a short or long period of time that causes widespread human, material, economic or environmental loss which exceeds the ability of the affected community or society to cope using its own resources.

In January 2020 Taal Volcano erupted. Many people was affected by the eruption, many houses was covered by ash. Some animals died due to volcanic ashes. A series of earthquake felt to the place that was near to the volcano.

As for me and for my family, we don’t panic and we think a possible ways to avoid the smell of ashes. I also experienced panic attacks because of the fear to earthquake but then my family was there to guide me. We also prepared some clothes and food for emergency purposes. We also provide first aid kit. We also follow all the instructions given to us. We also know the public hotlines for emergency purposes.

Through preparing and practing with your family helps you to become a attentive and genius when it comes to any kind of calamities. Practicing also lead you and your family to safe life. Dont panic! Just follow the instruction and be calm.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
